Andre also updated me as he went along with the process each step of the way with text and phone calls. Additionally, Andre also picked up the PC from my home and returned it to my home himself. He also redid my cable management to make the computer look sleeker while also making everything easier to access should I want to upgrade something in the future. Andre is the best! I first took my computer to him a couple of years ago for him to retrieve data from my computer hard drive after a lightning strike... read more fried my PC. He quickly, and completely backed up all of my data and provided me with a backup copy of all of my files. He also gave me some suggestions about which new computer to buy. Most recently, I had a problem with my laptop not getting power through my AC adapter. I feared the worst and dropped my computer off with him to check it out. Literally before I got home, he called me and told me that all I needed was a new battery. While the battery had a charge, the circuitry in the battery was causing the AC power adapter to short out. I turned around before I got home and picked up my laptop feeling a lot better knowing that I wouldn't have to spring for a new one. Andre also gave me some great advice about purchasing a new battery. If you have computer problems, Andre is the man to call. He is honest, extremely knowledgeable, and very reasonable in the prices he charges. Don't hesitate. Call him! I would take Andre over a "squad of geeks" any day of the week!
