He quickly, and completely backed up all of my data and provided me with a backup copy of all of my files. He also gave me some suggestions about which new computer to buy. Most recently, I had a problem with my laptop not getting power through my AC adapter. I feared the worst and dropped my computer off with him to check it out. Literally before I got home, he called me and told me that all I needed was a new battery. While the battery had a charge, the circuitry in the battery was causing the AC power adapter to short out.
